Terms and Conditions
Once a booking has been made, the following terms will apply:
A non-returnable deposit of £30 (per person) is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on arrival. Minimum stay is two nights.
Check-in time is from 1.00 pm to 8.00 pm unless otherwise arranged. Luggage drop off and collection of the parking permit is available earlier (£10 deposit required for the parking permit).
Please vacate the room before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The person making the booking is responsible for all payment for all the rooms reserved. If the number of persons vary (between booking and date of stay) the number of rooms and rate agreed at the time of booking, shall stand. In the event of cancellation, we will try our best to re-let the rooms. If more than seven days notice is given about a cancellation, 50% of the money is still payable on arrival. Any re-let fees gained will be returned to you.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
Should any damage occur, whether deliberate, accidental or by negligent action, the person that made the original booking will be held responsible for all repair costs and loss of earnings to the Beaufort Guest House.
Lost keys will be charged at £20.00 for a replacement.
To cover bank charges, credit card payment will be charged an additional 2%. There is no additional charge for using a debit card. Cheques should be made payable to 'Beaufort Guest House'.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the guest house.
Any lost property found in the guest house will be returned to the owner where possible. If this cannot be done and is not collected within one month (of departure), it will be disposed of as we see fit.
